Join me for a weekly intimate experience of movement designed for emotional well-being. Each class will feature specific essential oils to enhance our practice, a gift from me to you that will be sent upon signing up. Classes this month are on Sundays at 11am ET on the following dates:

1. Is the Movement Yoga?
Yes...and then some. While the classes will be based in the practice and art of Yoga, there will be a range of other movement offered from time to time. This may look like dance, breath work, jumping, shaking, and even the stillness of meditation. The idea is to move our bodies as a form of self-expression, energetic expansion and emotional connection. Removing the boxes we tend to place on how we move our bodies allows us to free up our minds from it's linear thinking. In other words, show up and be ready for anything and most importantly trust yourself.
2. How do we Utilize Essential Oils?
Upon signing up for the series, a package will be sent to you, from me personally. In it will contain small samples of each oil needed for each class. I will guide you through how to use them in the context of the class with specificity. The essential oils are included in the price of the eMOTION Classes. Oils are not included for eMOTION30 classes.
3. Do You Need Prior Movement Experience?
No. But also...we all have movement experience. This is not about perfection or advancement. This is a way to utilize our bodies natural inclination to be in motion as a tool for emotional healing and connection. We already walk, sit, stand, jump, dance. This is putting intention behind our bodies for a bit of time, so all of the ways we move through life carry the impact of this practice.
4. How are Classes Held?
Classes will be held on ZOOM. A link for eMOTION classes will be emailed 24 hours before each class. When you sign up for eMOTION30 a link will be emailed upon signing up!
5. Are Classes Recorded?
The monthly eMOTION classes are!! You will receive a link that you can access anytime you wish to use it! eMOTION30 classes will not be recorded!
