"I have been lucky enough to be involved with Sara‘s movement and stillness meditation and emotion classes since the beginning. I cannot explain how powerful this group of women has been for my own sanity and wellness as a working Mom who has anxious tendencies, and hello, 2021. The workout classes (or Emotion classes) are like moving therapy and mix yoga, dance, meditation, and real talk. Afterwards I feel like I’ve had the best therapy session and my body feels energized and empowered (and many times a little sore from a great workout!) In the meditation sessions there is such a strong and safe connection and communication between all of us and we share space for one another to grow and to be supported, and practice how to grow inwards and outwards.
